Developer intelligence
Move from planning search to a decision-ready development brief
Use the public product to find councils, applications and major projects. When the question is narrower, commission a defined evidence brief or monitoring feed built from the same attributed government sources.

Commissioned developer brief
A scoped brief can compare one council, a small set of councils, a corridor or a development type. It can include application volume and mix, proposed dwellings, stated project cost, median determination time, major-project status, ABS approvals and the published heritage context. The scope, sources, dates and methods are stated in the deliverable.
Ongoing monitoring
For teams that need repeat visibility, the same approved source universe can be delivered as a scheduled brief or bounded data export. Monitoring is defined by geography and project type so it remains auditable and cost-controlled; it is not a claim of complete off-market intelligence.
Evidence boundary
| Evidence found | 423,195 NSW applications, 980 major projects and national ABS approvals currently loaded. |
|---|---|
| Source coverage | NSW Online DA applications since 2019, approved NSW heritage/planning layers, national ABS approvals and area statistics, and ASIC company identity. Latest public build represented here: 24 Aug 2026. |
| What this means | The product can compare dated development activity and official approval evidence across a clearly stated source universe. |
| What this does not mean | An application is not an approval or completed project. The source does not publish applicant, owner, architect or developer identity. No title ownership, off-market deal data or withdrawn NSW sales derivatives are included. |
Every paid output remains subject to the source licences and is attributed. Consequential planning, acquisition and investment decisions should be checked against the council and source registers and supported by appropriate professional advice.
